By using fortmyersrestorationco.com, calling (239) 837-2323 or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
Fort Myers Restoration Co. provides water damage restoration, water removal, structural drying, flood and storm cleanup, sewage cleanup and mold remediation for homes and properties in Lee County and nearby areas, using our own licensed local technicians.
- Every job starts with an inspection and a written scope of work. Work begins only after you approve that scope.
- Mold remediation over 10 square feet is performed under a Florida mold remediator license, and mold assessment is kept separate from remediation as Florida law requires.
- The written scope, price and payment terms for your job form a separate agreement between you and us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the written scope controls.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the property, the water source and when the damage started.
- Provide safe access to the property, including gate codes, keys or a local contact when you are away.
- Tell us about anyone in the home with asthma, allergies or a weakened immune system before mold work starts.
- In an emergency involving injury, fire, gas or electrical danger, call 911 first.
Insurance claims
We document every job with photos, moisture readings and drying logs you can give to your insurer. We do not accept an assignment of your insurance benefits, and on policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, Florida law makes such an assignment void. You remain responsible for payment under the written scope whether or not your insurer pays.
